Troubleshooting

  • I am unable to add Scout to Apple Find My app
  • I can't disarm / arm my Scout - the Scout is non responsive in the app
  • My Scout is too sensitive and the alarm is easily triggered
  • Scout is not responsive or disappeared from the Knog app
  • I attempted a firmware update but the update failed
  • I can use Find My to locate my Scout, but I can’t connect to the Knog App
  • My Knog app is frozen after I performed a firmware update of the Scout.
  • The alarm was triggered on my Scout, but no notification was received on my iPhone
  • My Scout can’t connect in the Knog App correctly - I see it constantly switch between connecting and disconnected
