I can use Find My to locate my Scout, but I can’t connect to the Knog App

You can first try charging the Scouts the battery. When the battery level is critically low, the Knog app connection is suspended to reserve the last remaining energy in the battery for Find My tracking & location services

You can also try to force close the Knog app, and then reopen the app to reset the apps connection with your Scout.

If the above does not work it could be that the bonded Bluetooth connection has been broken. If your scout is disarmed and not in an armed state, you can attempt a factory reset and set the Scout up again to see if this corrects the problem. You can find the factory reset instructions for Scout Bike here, and for Scout Travel here.

If your Scout is armed / the alarm is sounding and the above advice does not help, do not attempt a factory reset. Instead reach out to our customer service team for further advice and assistance.
