Shipping & Delivery Information

All orders ship from our our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. 

Orders shipping within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. International orders are shipped via DHL.

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours here in Melbourne, Australia. Once your order is on the move, the shipping carrier will send you an email with the parcel tracking info so you can watch its progress (be sure to check your junk email, sometimes it ends up there).

Orders generally cannot be amended or cancelled once they've been placed.

Please note that international orders outside of the EU & UK may be subject to additional customs and duty charges to be paid by the receiver. Please check with your local customs authorities to find out if any import duties or taxes will apply to your shipment as we have no control or liability in regards to any additional costs incurred here.

  • £15 Premium Delivery via DHL Express (4-7 business days)
  • Free Premium Delivery when you spend over £100

Asia + Canada

  • US$15 Premium Delivery via DHL Express (4-7 business days)
  • Free Premium Delivery when you spend over US$100

New Zealand

  • A$15 Premium Delivery via DHL Express (4 - 7 business days)
  • Free Premium Delivery when you spend over A$100

United States

  • US$15 Premium Delivery via DHL Express (4-7 business days)
  • Free Premium Delivery when you spend over US$100.

Can't Find Your Country In Our Selector Tool?

If your country isn't in our Country Selector (top of website) or at check out, then unfortunately we are currently able to ship to your region. However, there may be retailers in your country that stock Scout products, and a quick online search should help you to identify a retailer near you.
