All orders ship from our our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Orders shipping within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. International orders are shipped via DHL.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours here in Melbourne, Australia. Once your order is on the move, the shipping carrier will send you an email with the parcel tracking info so you can watch its progress (be sure to check your junk email, sometimes it ends up there).
Orders generally cannot be amended or cancelled once they've been placed.
Please note that international orders outside of the EU & UK may be subject to additional customs and duty charges to be paid by the receiver.
