What happens after I have placed an order?

Your order will be processed, usually within 24 hours, at our warehouse here in Melbourne, Australia. Once your order is on the move, our shipping provider will send you an email with the parcel tracking info so you can watch its progress (be sure to check your junk email, sometimes it ends up there).

Orders generally cannot be amended, updated or cancelled once they've been placed. 

Please note that international orders outside of the UK & EU may be subject to additional customs and duty charges to be paid by the receiver. Knog has no control or liability in regards to any of these charges. Please check with your local customs authority or postal service for more information in regards to any customs duties or taxes that may be payable.
