I selected " Forget this Device " in iOS->Settings->Bluetooth, and now I can’t connect to my Scout Travel in the Knog Mobile app. What can I do ?

Selecting " Forget this Device " will remove the bonded Bluetooth connection to the Scout Travel. This will prevent any further connection between the Scout Travel and the Knog app.The Find My app works separately and you will still be able to utilize tracking and location services in this state if required.

To restore the connection to the Knog app, the Scout Travel will require a factory reset. The factory reset will remove your Find My connection too, and so only perform this at a time that you do not need to maintain immediate tracking of your Scout.

If the Bluetooth connection has been broken while the Scout Travel is armed, you will need to contact our customer service team for instructions on recovering your device.
