The alarm was triggered on my Scout Travel, Why did I not receive a notification on my phone ?

If your iPhone is out of Bluetooth range at the time the alarm was triggered, then no notification will be received via the Knog app. notifications can only be received while there is a Bluetooth connection between the Scout and your phone, and the Knog app needs to be open or running in the background.
